    Love your videos, …
Love your videos, but you are quite a biased person. Someone may not be able to procure a peer reviewed journal stating “chemical imbalances cause these mental problems”. But I would like to counter by asking you to produce a peer reviewed journal stating that a lack of apples and exercise are the cause of schizophrenia… It seems you have a grave misunderstanding of the scientific process. But good videos none the less;)

An MRI of a depressed person also shows physiological changes… Interestingly enough, once the person implements steps to recover, the physiology can actually revert back to normal functioning.

    A lot of people …
A lot of people agree with the need to connect mind and body BUT…when it is the time to reduce work hours, or increase break time or maintain the workload at a reasonable pace, they disconnect from the connection. It is sad, very sad that people need to feel the pain of mental problems to realise what they need to do. If a problem is not visible with our eyes, it doesn’t exist. I work hard to appy those 7 principles, but lots of obstacles on the healthy path direction.

    Why are we labeled …
    Why are we labeled then,
Being labeled gives stigma to that person and sometimes rejects taking medications that are given for a part of the treatment, plus good healthy diet , and lead life style that suits your condition , being active, routine in the day. I have bipolar I work on a casual basis , and lead a life as I stated , I think it is very dangerous to tell people on the internet that they may not need there medications, they should consult there Doctor about those issues
