Some may not think much of massage therapy. I just want to know if anyone believes in its helpful qualities.
The stigma that comes with it isn’t fair to me. Some people are legit and shouldn’t be put into the suggestive category of sexual favors. I’m talking about people who actually see the physical benefits behind massage…

PostHeaderIcon What are the best foods to eat to detox your body, to get ready for a diet?

I’ve been on a diet for a while now, and I have not seen any results. I did not detox or cleanse my body before I started. Is that the reason I have failed? Will cleansing my system help with the weight loss?

I don’t know if detoxing your body will help you achieve your dieting goals, but cranberry juice is a good detoxer. Are you exercising as well? One of the key components to losing weight is using more calories than you consume, so that your body has to take the extra needed calories (your body’s energy source) from your fat cells. So my suggestion is just eat low calorie food, and exercise a lot. Ride a bike or walk to school or work instead of drive. Go for a jog instead of watch TV. Or find something you enjoy doing that is physically active, for me it is playing sports..

sex is a good (and fun!) form of exercise as well, there is even something called sexercise where you purposely do difficult positions and other things like that to make your sex more of a workout. Look it up.
Also, don’t expect to lose 20 pounds instantly. Losing weight in a healthy manner is a slow process. If you lose 2 pounds a week your doing darn good! Make a plan and stick to it, you can do it!

PostHeaderIcon Does anyone know anything about a body detox?

I want to do a natural body detox, preferably the lemon, chili powder and maple syrup detox….I’m always tired and getting sick so maybe if I try this it will help my immune system and energy level go up. Does anyone know of any other natural detoxes?

I AlwAys detox after a vacation and I go all pure. Start at 1week move up slowly. Eat only fresh fruits and vegetables. TAke all your vitamins And always have water to drink. Eat LOTS. It will flush your entire system(lots of bathroom breaks). Add flax to as much as you can. You’re probBly failing on your other detox tries because you didn’t eat often enough, didn’t take vitamins and didn’t drink enough. Good luck
